I'm Álvaro Sampedro, a UX Product Designer based in Edinburgh with over five years of experience specializing in creating intuitive interfaces and effective solutions that significantly enhance user experience. My passion for design and technology has led me to work on innovative projects in the energy, banking, and healthcare sectors in cities like Madrid and London.
My approach is centered on deeply understanding user needs and translating them into functional and engaging solutions. I balance business requirements with technical capabilities to meet and exceed user experience expectations. I have led teams and collaborated closely with interdisciplinary groups to ensure project synergy and success, always with a critical eye towards continuous improvement.
I am equipped with a solid academic background that includes a Master's in Interaction Design and User Experience from the Open University of Catalonia and a Master's in Advertising Management from Complutense University of Madrid. Additionally, I hold a UX Design certification from Google and a specialization in Interaction Design from UC San Diego.
Professionally, I have had the privilege of leading and developing customized SaaS platforms and conducting thorough research that informs design and development decisions.
